How perspective changes when you walk a mile in, well, you know.
It’s a funny thing, shoes. One doesn’t often think about them, especially when they are doing what they are supposed to. It’s like underwear, you often don’t think much about it (at least as a male) and unless something is wrong, don’t really pay it much attention. I’m not a shoe-aholic, or a shoe-guru, but I do enjoy a nice pair of shoes, which is what makes this story even more odd that I thought about the shoes.
